National 1 Plumbing & Maintenance Services are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their established business.National 1 Plumbing & Maintenance Services are experts in bathroom renovations, construction and plumbing services.

This full time role would suit a highly motivated individual who enjoys a variety of tasks, strives for precision in all work undertakings and tackles challenges with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:-

  • Typing up quotes and tenders for the estimators
  • Ensuring the Quotes and Tenders are submitted on time
  • Compile tender folders and project folders as required
  • Follow up with the estimators to ensure we meet deadlines for tenders
  • Typing up inspection reports and any ad-hoc reports as directed by management
  • Assist in meeting minutes, preparation setup and cleanup for quarterly trade toolbox meetings as required
  • Display a proactive approach to improve upon process and procedures, demonstrating innovative thinking and collection of information to come to informative decisions
  • Assist with business filing and archiving practices
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team meetings and assist in minutes as requested
  • Contribute to and participate in staff training programs
  • Assist administration team with claims/invoices during peak periods


The ideal candidate will possess;

  • Admirable work ethics, honest/reliable and hardworking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A minimum of 4 years administrative experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient time management and prioritisation skills
