Our client is an established and close-knit business who provide corporate finance and strategic advice to companies in the APAC region. They are seeking an engaging, switched-on and autonomous Executive Assistant to provide much needed support to the team and oversee the management of the office.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients;
- Liaising with clients and third parties;
- Diary management;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Preparing and editing documents;
- Filing and other admin tasks;
- Maintaining office supplies;
- Coordinating facility needs;
- Arranging meetings and events; and
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ EA/Legal Secretarial experience;
- Confidence conversing with professionals face-to-face;
- Strong typing and computer skills;
- Organised with good attention to detail;
- Pro-active, can-do attitude; and
- Committed work ethic.
