As the Receptionist, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Answer incoming calls 
  • Meet & Greet clients
  • Complete the mail, banking and manage office supply inventory
  • Organise couriers & freight
  • Arrange photography of finished projects
  • Organise travel for staff
  • Take messages for staff members
  • Data entry for management 
  • Creating site and project folders for the construction department
  • Additional ad-hoc duties

To be considered for this role you will need the following: 

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Great organisational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Professional phone manner 
  • A can-do attitude 
  • Intermediate+ MS Office skills 
  • Respectable & professional presentation 
  • Be available to start immediately
