We are seeking a Inventory Controller to join our Amcal Pharmacy for a maternity leave cover. This will be a contract position for 12 months with potential for extension.
Applicants must be prepared for a fast paced, retail and health business, have strong sales ability, outgoing personality and strong leadership skills.

Experience in a similar role or strong sale experience in pharmacy would be favourable.

This role involves a mix of processing of stock, invoicing, customer service, and the management of many back of house operations to assist in executing all our high brand standards at Amcal.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Management of all dispensary and retail inventory
• Maintaining merchandising standards, implementing planograms, displays and promotions
• Management of all stock returns / recalls
• Replenishing stock from excess in storeroom
• Management of stock holding
• Producing reports to assist management
• Support marketing within the store
• Organising the store and stock in preparation for stocktakes
• Attend and assist store stocktakes as required
• Team leadership, management and administration
• Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service
• Meeting targets and KPI's

This role may require weekend work as our business operates 7 days a week. Some flexibility in rostering may be possible.
