The Role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our energetic front of house team, in a permanent full-time capacity. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and friendly reception to visitors and customers of the business and coordinate all incoming communications and ensuring seamless running of reception day to day Your professional presentation and telephone manner will see you deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to:
  • Providing  high level of customer service and support
  • Ensuring all incoming phone calls through reception are answered and attended to in a timely manner
  • Managing sales and lead-generating enquiries in a professional manner
  • Greeting all visitors to the office and coordinating client/supplier appointments
  • Maintaining reception area and meeting rooms
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ad hoc duties as required

 

You

You will be the face of the company and often be the first representative our customers and suppliers will be in contact with. Ideally you will have the following:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must
  • Highly developed phone manner
  • Have the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Personable & approachable manner in dealings with customers
  • Have a can do positive attitude
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
