Are you an experienced Site Administrator looking for an immediate start, the look no further !!

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing All administration on site
- Accounts : Creditors, organising payment runs
- Appropriate approvals for all invoices
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Organise travel arrangements
- Maintaining Registers
- Assist team on site
- Assisting with Reporting
- Adhoc administration duties
To be considered, you must possess the following:
- Available for an immediate start
- White Card
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration
- Intermediate to Advanced in software
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail & accuracy
