Dual reception/administration position. Lane Cove Location. $60,000 Package. Friendly vibrant team.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

We are a friendly vibrant business with a great culture, and we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who is enthusiastic and reliable, to join our team and ensure the smooth management of all incoming phone calls as well as providing administrative support to a wider team.
About the role
This will be a varied reception position with responsibilities including the following;
Directing phone calls, and responding to email enquiries.
Receiving, making, and confirming new appointment bookings
General data entry
Preparing documentation for invoicing
Administrative support to business managers and team members
Who will suit this role?
This role will suit a focused and settled individual who enjoys working in a deadline driven environment. You will need to be solution driven and self-motivated, as this role requires a highly organised individual with a positive attitude and strong ability to juggle and prioritise workload.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will have reception experience.
You will have worked in a corporate office and be comfortable looking after basic administration tasks.
You thrive in a busy environment and have strong time management skills & the ability to multi-task.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills – good grammar and spelling is essential. High attention to detail is essential
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
Previous reception/administration experience within a small-medium business
