We are searching for a superstar candidate who is looking to start work within the next couple of weeks (the sooner the better!)  This is a temporary contract that has a high chance of being made permanent if you enjoy the role.

THE ROLE 

 

This role is a mix of customer service and corporate administration. You will possess a confident and professional attitude and be comfortable picking up the phone and calling clients and customers. This role is based in St Leonards right near the shops  and public transport - it is very easily accessible. 

 

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Strong customer service on the phone and by email
  • Liaising with high net worth businesses on a daily basis
  • Management of a busy inbox – organisation and actioning emails
  • Using your brand knowledge to tend to an ongoing influx of email inquiries
  • Using CRM database to update and input any data
  • Liaise with other departments and offices across Sydney
  • Use Microsoft Office for ongoing daily tasks, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • (optional) Training for a Relationship Manager role. There is great career progression in this role!

 

As the successful candidate, you will be confident in your telephone manner, be a ‘people person’, be very well organised and be able to multitask within a fast-paced corporate environment. You absolutely MUST have some corporate administration experience (please highlight which you have in your application). All training will be provided on the job but exposure to Microsoft Excel and other process driven programs is a guaranteed plus!
