JM Eyewear is one of Australia's leading eyewear wholesalers and distributors based in Sydney. With more than 20 years experience in wholesaling eyewear products and accessories, we currently have a nationwide service team helping distribute a large range of sunglasses and fashion readers to over 2000 retail clients in Australia and nearby countries. Our clients include pharmacies, news agencies, specialty stores and Gift stores.

We are looking for a full time Office Operations clerk to join our head office team in Moorebank Sydney. Main duties include:
- Order processing
- Data Entry
- Customer service(telephone and face to face)
- Filing
- Sales team support
While all training is provided to the role, the suitable candidate will need the following skills and qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer skills –Microsoft Office, internet, emailing
- Proactive work nature
- Good multitasking ability
- Self-motivated and a keen learner
- Punctual, reliable and confident
- While work experience is not essential, previous experience in an office environment and on MYOB are advantages
