What will you be doing?

• Providing move management services
• Customer service coordination
• International and domestic logistics
• Ensuring billing is actioned and updated
• Procurement
• Administration and logistics within the Branch
• Following through on insurance claims to ensure resolution
• To maintain, add value and develop Grace Relationships with specific clients
• Some business development/sales

Ideally we are looking for:

• Previous experience in the fine art industry (desirable)
• Some sales experience (desirable)
• People who take responsibility for their own performance
• Knowledge and interest in the arts world
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Commitment to success
