The day-to-day aspects of the role will include, but not limited to;
- Be the first point of contact for all business enquiries over the phone
- Deal with queries and transfer calls as and when required
- Make a great first impression to all visitors to the office
- Manage the entrance and meeting rooms to ensure
- Support the head office administrative team with a number of ad-hoc tasks including but not limited too;
- Dairy Management and meeting coordination
- Producing and finalising various documents
- Arranging client events
- Managing various databases & systems and ensuring details are accurately input
In order to be successful within this role you will need to;
- Be able to build rapport & relationships with anybody
- Take pride in your presentation
- Have a hunger for growth
- 2 + years corporate customer service?administrative/receptionist experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
