Our client is one of Australia's largest import and export wholesale-distributors locally and internationally. This position is full time, operating Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with very limited to no weekend work.
As a family owned and operated business located close to Liverpool with 35 years of unbeatable experience in the industry, they continue to source, negotiate, innovate and drive retail solutions for businesses both locally and worldwide.
For this position as a Purchasing and procurement administrator you need to be a hands on and experienced professional who specialises in customer service, invoicing, MYOB and client management.
Responsibilities
- Purchasing and procurement of freight Internationally and domestically
- Overseeing and day to day capturing of all delivering and returns with freight forwarders internationally and domestic
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Assisting and authoring stock purchases
- MYOB administration
- Performing account and site reconciliation
- Maintain documentation and accurate distributing logistics reports
- Scheduling and monitoring freight movement to and from wharf
- Liaising with suppliers
Requirements
- MYOB experience
- Drivers licence and transport
