The Front of House Consultant role is critical to maintaining the personal and high service standards that people expect with 5th Element Wellness. We are boutique facility and therefore have a closely-nit group of members and staff that deliver a personal level of interaction. We take a personal interest in every member's progress!

Our Front of House team currently consists of 1 full time and 4 part time staff, so your role will also include leave cover which will increase your hours substantially during these periods of time.

• Do you have an interest in health and training?

• Would you attend yoga classes regularly?

• Participate in Strongman classes regularly?

Who do we see as a great fit for this role?

• A uni student who has very little or no contact hours (perfect if you are studying online)

• It is highly important that you are someone who has flexibility in your schedule

• Someone with an interest in Health and Wellness 

We ideally want someone who can be with us for at least a couple of years. 

You won't get bored in this role as it is multi-functional meaning that you get to work in a blend of roles including customer service, sales, administration, cafe attendant, and once we've trained you up you'll even provide basic fitness and wellness advice.

• You have a passion for delivering high levels of Customer Service

• You have an easy means to travel to Fitzroy North as the morning shifts start as early as 5.20am, and the evening shift finish as late as 9pm.

• You have flexibility in your schedule

• You have the ability to work autonomously while contributing to the team

• You are humble! Be confident but absolutely NO EGO at 5EW.

• You look and behave aligned to the values of a healthy lifestyle.

• You have an open mind, positive attitude, and a thirst to learn!

It would be preferred if you have:

• Experience in a reception or customer service role

• An interest in exercise, yoga, nutrition & wellness

• Basic experience using Microsoft Excel & Word

• Excellent people skills!
