Mortgage & Loan Coordinator / Financial Services Administrator
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Financial Services business in the CBD. As a Loan Coordinator you will be involved in the critical step of processing loan applications. Therefore, working to tight deadlines and a meticulous attention to detail is critical.
 
There will be career progression opportunity to Underwriter as this organisation believes firmly in promoting from within. You’ll be working with one of busiest teams in the business; they work hard but have fun too!
 
The Role

• Manage loan application through to unconditional approval
• Timely and accurate inputting of data and key information
• Liaising with brokers
• Pre screening credit applications and verifying borrowers employment, income and credit history
• Make recommendations to the Underwriting team

Experience

• 1 year experience as a mortgage / settlements officer / loan coordinator or paralegal preferred
• Exceptional admin skills and time management 
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a team and often to tight deadlines
• Initiative and a high level of problem solving skills

Evidence in your prior roles of attention to detail and working to tight deadlines is critical for this fast paced role.
