MEGT are an award winning, not for profit organisation who specialise in making traineeships and apprenticeships happen! Together with one of our clients in Edgecliff we are looking for two Candidates interested in completing a Business Traineeship. Our Client are a not for profit company who support some of the world’s most respected and loved charities to maximise their fundraising potential by providing training, planning, management and logistic support. Located right beside the train station and minutes from Sydney CBD, this is a perfect location for candidates taking public transport.
The Role
Your day to day duties will include;
- Meet and greet clients at reception
- Assist with the purchase of stationary items
- Answer the Reception main switchboard and direct calls
- Data entry
- Copy, collate and bind reports and documentation as required
- Ensure filing and archiving is completed daily
- Ensure visitors are signed in and out
- Provide a professional, friendly and courteous Reception Service to internal and external clients

Requirements
Our ideal candidate for this role will be well spoken and well presented and able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Key requirements are;
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to display initiative and work unsupervised
- Honest and reliable nature
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ideally some previous experience working in administration or customer service.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP
- Able to commit to a 12 month traineeship.
- No qualification higher than a Certificate II
