About the role

The Customer Relationship Coordinator is an-all-encompassing role where you’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing successful relationships with our valued medical practice partners in order to aid retention and deliver great outcomes for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and proactive customer management to our medical practice partners in order to achieve retention and satisfaction KPI’s.
  • Identify potential risks that may lead to a poor partnership experience and take the proactive steps to finding a solution.
  • Build strong relationships that aid retention and reduce churn.
  • Work with the National Practice Relationship Manager to continuously improve systems, processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new medical practices into our network.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as the medical practices' advocate.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Ability to build strong relationships using your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level problem-solving skills with the ability to provide flexible and timely solutions.
  • Proactive in seeking out opportunities to improve our service offering to our medical practice partners.
  • A passion for collaboration and the ability to work across business units to achieve outcomes.
  • Driven, self-motivated and results driven.
