This successful family run logistics company based in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their growing team.
Within this role you will be responsible for all office administration, including streamlining processes, answering the phones, entering data and assisting the sales staff with any administration. On top of this you will also be required to handle basic accounts including reconciliations and invoicing through MYOB.
In order to succeed in this busy and varied role, you will be an experienced all round administrator with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and MYOB. A strong knowledge of logistics is also highly desirable.
