Our client is urgently seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused, Degree qualified Graduate to join this busy internal procurement team based Melbourne CBD. There will be an initial 3 month contract period, (starting asap), with the expectation to then convert to full time permanent employment. With this in mind, only candidates who are ultimately seeking permanent employment can be considered.
Working as part of an existing Procurement team of 5, your primary responsibility will be the allocation/Co-ordination of the issue and return of Laptops/Notebooks to internal Consulting staff across Australia.
In addition to extensive contact with internal employees, a key part of the role is maintaining accurate records to track both the issue and return of the Notebooks, strong excel skills and excellent attention to detail is a must.
Essential skills.
- Must be Degree Qualified
- Have a minimum of 6 months working experience, ideally in a Customer service role
- Proven intermediate level excel experience
- Strong administration skills
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Have a cheerful and flexible approach to work
