Your new company:
You will join a leading residential and commercial service provider located nearby to Homebush in a vibrant corporate office setting. The set up of this customer service centre is incredibly impressive where the overall mission is to provide customers with a smart and agile support service when they call in, servicing Australia on a national level.
Your new role:
- Contacting existing customers
- Renewing customers annual services
- Accurately obtaining and entering customer information
- Scheduling jobs into their booking system
- Assist other areas of the business with special projects and support teamwork.
Your profile:
- Recent proven experience in a customer service role will be highly regarded.
- Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- A great work ethic
- A can-do attitude
- Super personality, outgoing
- A proven track record meeting and exceeding KPIs
