A bit about the role

As a Customer Support Officer, you will provide support to Bunnings customers by booking appointments for In-Home Consultations, In-Store consultations and Measure & Quotes. You will also work closely with the In Home Consultants and store teams allowing you the opportunity to build relationships with a range of different stakeholders.

Some key aspects of the role include:

  • Initial qualification of leads, appointment setting, general customer service and post-sales support.
  • Provide support with any further requirements customers may have including but not limited to design changes and referring accredited installers.
  • Working collaboratively with the In-Home Consultants to efficiently organise their calendars.
  • Occasionally intervene and resolve any unplanned schedules changes for the customer and team.

  • Strong logistical and coordination skills
  • Proactive approach to customer care and follow up
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Confident ability in the use of PCs and the Microsoft Office suite
