THE POSITION VACANCY

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our dedicated and friendly team on a part time basis.

In this position you will perform key administrative duties with a customer service and accounts focus. The role offers plenty of variety with daily duties including:

  • Reception duties and answering enquiries by phone and email
  • Assisting with order processing and dispatch requirements
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable administration
  • Data entry in MYOB and CRM system
  • Keeping accurate records and files
  • General office administration and maintenance
  • Ad hoc admin support to the team

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be successful for this position you must possess the following:

  • Recent experience in a similar role 
  • Exceptional customer service, telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, within a team environment
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Willingness to adapt and grow with the company
