A new opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Office Manager looking to utilise their experience.
Client Details
Our client is a luxury store that specialises in hand-made rugs with stores located internationally. They are committed to building their brand name and providing a luxury level of service to their guests. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their beautiful office located in the heart of Sydney.
Description
The responsibilities of this role are key to the overall business:
- Managing the overall upkeep of the office and display suites;
- Maintaining a high level of service of guest service;
- Office management including staff amenities, maintaining kitchen and stationary supplies, general admin, and introducing new staff members to the team;
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social events and social media;
- Creating presentations and weekly agendas for internal meetings.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry;
- Highly organised and proficient technical skills, including knowledge of MS Office;
- Professional mannerisms and strong engagement capabilities.
