Our client is a customer focused corporate organisation who remains passionate about their consumer base and delivering great experiences. They are currently expanding and seeking an experienced individual to assist with the movement within the organisation. Our client offers a successful business experience to strengthen the correct candidate’s data entry skills.
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurate and efficient data input skills with high attention to detail
- Maintain and analyse insight in trends shown within generated reports
- Distinguish and alter incorrect information and discrepancies with record keeping and information within the database
- Report to Team leader and take direction accordingly
- Create and process invoices to clients and consumers with great accuracy
- Collate, file, scan forms and invoices as well as ordering stationary and other general administration duties
- Conduct research and obtain other information for incomplete documents and follow-up discrepancies
Profile
- Experience working in a support position in a fast moving corporate environment
- Proficient skills in TRIM, MYOB or SAP and MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel
- Accuracy and proficiency with data entry with excellent computer, keyboard and numeracy skills
- The ability to work within a dynamic and diverse work environment whilst conversing with team members at all levels
- Exceptional time management, organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks autonomously in a high volume work environment
Job Offer
- Immediate start - 8 Week Contract
- Contract role offering full time hours
