TNT is looking for a Collections and Disputes Administrator to efficiently manage the collection and dispute process, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Collections & Dispute Manager, you will be responsible for managing, investigation and resolution of all outstanding customer debts as well as being responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls and following up billing disputes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Support other departments for swift resolution of queries  
  • Escalate problem disputes to superiors as appropriate  
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve queries  
  • Take measures to prevent recurring queries  
  • Ensure queries are recorded accurately in accordance with divisional policy  
  • Maintain accurate query data within the systems  
  • Perform customer account reconciliation when required
  • Resolve problem collections and disputes that have been escalated
  • 100% ownership of reconciling Major Account which includes liaising with other Departments and problem solving

To be successful for this role you will need:  

  • Collections & Dispute experience  
  • Prior experience within a fast paced environment  
  • To be able to identify ongoing service issues and recommend solutions  
  • Freight industry skills preferred  
  • Proven ability to manage your time effectively  
  • Superior customer service and communication skills‎  
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills  
  • Strong dispute resolution skills and collection focused 
  • Have proven experience with customer disputes  
  • Intermediate experience with SAP & Excel skills preferred; but not essential  
  • Skills with building Macros preferred; but not essential  
  • Team player  
  • Work autonomously and within a team environment  
  • SAP experience - preferable
