We are looking for a team of highly polished service professionals to lead and empower the team, in the delivery of the concierge and front of house reception services for our client at the University of Sydney (Camperdown). This is a Full Time role working office hours Monday to Friday, for an initial period of 3 months.
The successful candidates should demonstrate first class customer service skills and be able to build a strong working relationship with our customers. The ability to maintain a professional attitude and image when under pressure is essential for this role.
General responsibilities will include:
- Manage Concierge Services across the site
- Greet all visitors and staff entering the building and provide appropriate access when applicable
- Switchboard Management
- Carry out admin tasks and data entry as and when required
- Room/event set-up
- Assist in mail room management
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- A high level of staff management skills
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
- Excellent Customer service skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems quickly
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Demonstrated time management skills, together with effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to readily establish and maintain rapport with clients, team members and members of the public
