An opportunity exists for a Personal/Team Assistant to provide support to a senior Partner within the Business Services team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • extensive diary management
  • arrangement of meetings and travel
  • preparing, compiling and processing correspondence, briefing papers etc.
  • fielding client telephone calls and emails 
  • building relationships with clients and staff

This role also involves corporate secretarial work and experience in this area or within the legal environment, would be an advantage. This involves:

  • Administration of ASIC compliance
  • Annual statements        
  • Administration of set up of new companies
  • Registration of ABN/TFN/GST
  • ATO Client updates

To be successful in this role, you must have previous administrative experience preferably within a similar role within a professional services firm or accounting environment.  You will take pride in being a professional with strong administrative, client service and computer skills.

Furthermore, you will work well under pressure whilst still paying attention to detail and keeping calm and retaining a sense of humor. You will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organisational capability, time management and problem solving skills will be required.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, who is happy to be part of the broader business and assist with relief reception coverage, answering telephones, etc.  You will be adaptable and have the ability to work with differing personalities and working styles, whilst providing first class customer service to clients and staff alike.
