Who We Are
A very well established builder of new homes is looking to expand their customer service team. We are well known for our great culture full of enthusiastic, passionate and forward thinking people. Due to the size of the business we look for people who can handle a high volume of admin work. The training provided is of real quality and it's a great place for any ambitious individual to develop.
What You'll Do
You will work with every department including supervisors, estimators, drafters and sales consultants. Work with new homes contracts, council applications, trades and suppliers handle a high number of calls and provide first class customer service. You will guide clients through the construction of their new home. From when the plans first go through council to when the keys are handed to a the client. It is a truly rewarding position with lots of room for growth.
What you need
- Experience working in a high volume customer service role
- An understanding into building and construction
- A friendly disposition, passion to succeed and be a part of the team
- Loyalty and open mind, willing to try new things
- Excellent presentation and manners
- Previous experience working in Home Insurance Warranty claims, Real estate Property Management or other administrative building construction roles
