You will have:
Working within the Customer Service sector, you will have exceptional customer service and administrating experience. This position will be based in a fast paced role with a dedicated and hardworking team. The candidate will need to be punctual, reliable, and hardworking and provide great customer service as the voice of the company.
- Experience within the transport and logistics industry is essential
- SAP / EDI / Pronto or experience would be favourable
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi task & work under pressure
- Reliability and commitment to the organisation
- The ability to be organised and a great communicator
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Computer savy
The Position:
- Attending to customer enquiries - High volume of calls
- Ensuring all calls are logged and updated within company service standards
- Data entry - alpha-numeric
- Consignment entry
- Relief of reception duties
- Reconciliation of driver run sheets
- Office All-rounder
- Liasing with warehouse staff
- Processing and tracking of orders
- Filing, scanning & copying
You will have a forward thinking approach to customer service and will have a drive to work in a busy & fast-paced environment.
