Our client is a boutique accounting practice with offices located in Melbourne, Shepparton and Cobram. Established in 2004, our client comprises of 5 partners who specialises in compliance services, business advisory and wealth management.
The role of Financial Administrator within the accounting group is a new role and this will continuously be evolving to improve efficiencies and implement new procedures and you will be given the opportunity to grow with the team in this process.
The Person
To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in Administration/Reception role
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate/ advance MS Office
- You're a multi-tasker, with great time management skills
- Financial /Accounting knowledge or background (highly desirable)
The Role
Reporting directly to your team manager you will be in a team environment of 5-6 members, A fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, progressive and dynamic team your responsibilities will include:
- Reception
- Administration support
- Supporting accountants with administrative task
- Maintaining system with accurate records and information
- Lodgment of BAS (with ATO)
- Liaising with clients
