Join a growing Property Investment company supporting two senior team members with a range of tasks from diary management to document production. You will act as their right hand, supporting them with day-to-day duties and acting as a sounding board around business ideas.
Attitude is key within this role and although 2 - 4 years administrative experience would be well regarded, this is a great opportunity to side step from a completely different industry from high level customer service or account management.
Day to day tasks of the role may involve;
- Diary Management & email management
- Travel coordination & bookings
- Documentation production (reports and marketing material)
- Expense management
- Client liaison and internal/external stakeholder management
- Organising meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points
In order to be considered for this role, you will need;
- A positive can-do attitude
- A professional approach with the ability to build relationships
- 2 - 4 years administrative experience would be beneficial
- The desire to succeed
