This is a great opportunity for a Junior Accounts Administrator to join a small and dynamic team in Mascot!
Client Details
Our client is a small team working with airlines worldwide. Due to an internal promotion, they are excited to welcome a Junior Accounts Administrator to their office. This role would suit you perfectly if you love working in a team-based environment and have a big personality with a positive and professional nature. You will be working in a fast-pasted environment to successfully manage the daily running of the office, working closely alongside the management team. They promote a healthy work life balance but at times extended work hours and weekend work will be required.
Description
Daily duties which may include:
- Record keeping
- Database entry
- Filing, stationery ordering etc.
- Account administration and support for the team
- Assist and produce reporting when needed
- Co-ordination with accounts across clients and suppliers
- Process internal and client invoices
- Daily entry of delivery notes
- Production schedules and inventory levels.
This will be a full-time position with usual business hours 9am-5:30pm, although flexibility is required for potential weekend work, early morning starts and evenings if needed.
Profile
Successful candidate will have/be:
- Will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role;
- Will be confident across the Microsoft Suite, particularly having strong skills in Microsoft Excel;
- You will be career drive, and thrive on career progression;
- You will have a strong attention to detail, with excellent spelling and grammar;
- You will be willing to work autonomously and as a part of a fun team and solve problems being able to efficiently priorities tasks and meet deadlines; and
- You will have great communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority.
