RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Who we are:
We import, distribute and market one of the leading skincare brands in Australia.
The role:
We require a bubbly person with a positive and “can do” attitude for the very important role of our “go to person” for all enquiries and orders.
Responsibilities:
- General reception duties
- Answering and handling telephone queries and orders
- General office and admin duties
- Customer Service
- Typing invoices
- Handling all correspondence
- Assisting our warehouse staff with orders
- Assisting the office and marketing managers with events, reports, etc.
Qualities:
- Excellent verbal and communicational skills
- Helpful and friendly
- Professional at all times
- Highly reliable and honest
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to contribute above and beyond
- A bubby, positive person who likes people
Abilities:
- Microsoft Office / MYOB
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced Reception / Administration role
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator an advantage
- The ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail
- Positive “can do” attitude
- The ability to “upsell” is an advantage
