Our Client:
Our client is an industry leader, operating in major capital cities and regional areas in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. They are an Australian-owned private company that is currently experiencing rapid growth.

The Role:
An opportunity exists for a bubbly and switched on office-all-rounder to join their QLD team. This will be a varied role that will keep you on your toes. You will be responsible for general admin duties, supporting senior management, and managing the office operations for QLD. You will be exposed to an exciting and fast paced industry within a company that values your efforts and input into the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing full Secretarial / Administrative support to management and the overall business
  • Answering/screening and announcing telephone calls, taking phone messages and ensuring prompt delivery of messages
  • Printing and typing of material including letters, memos, faxes, emails and minutes and other necessary documentation.
  • Drafting reports and other documents on the Managers' behalf
  • Project work and researching
  • Diary management and coordinating meetings of management
  • Manage travel and expenses
  • Organisation of company events
  • On boarding of staff
  • Management of office equipment and stock levels
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Clear and confident communication style
  • Forward thinker and self-starter
  • Extremely well presented
  • Calm level headed and approachable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Takes pride in their work and shows a genuine interest in the business
