Our client, a dynamic and striving finance company is seeking a motivated and efficient receptionist capable of delivering high-volume administration functions for 6-8 weeks whilst a permanent solution is sourced.

This is a fantastic opportunity for your refined, professional and sociable character to shine in this temp role that is expected to run for 6-8 weeks with a view of going permanent.

This full function role will see you act as the face and voice of the organization. Based on the front desk, this role is a blend of reception and administration where your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, screening and distributing incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting a variety of key visitors/stakeholders
  • Organizing and maintaining board room facilities
  • Records management - in house and external
  • Arranging couriers and mail
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Key qualities for success in this role include your previous two years reception/administration experience coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, a clear and confident phone manner, a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite with a polished and professional presentation.

This role is a standalone reception role and requires minimal supervision and therefore would be ideal for a self-starter and experienced “go-getter”!
