Customer Service Administrator

Our Customer Service Administrator roles sit within Equifax’s Employee Verification team. The main purpose of this team is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidate verification documents. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the progress of the candidates from one stage to the next. Responding to individual enquiries, you will exhibit fantastic customer service skills.

 

Required skills of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Prior customer service experience - whether that be in an office, hospitality or retail environment (or indeed any other customer focused role)
  • Proven ability to follow defined processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Boasts sound attention to detail along with a focused attitude towards accuracy
  • Solid organiational skills
  • Positive, pro-active, motivated and personable
  • Enjoys helping people by resolving any difficulties they may be facing

 

Desired skills of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • No degree required, but finishing High School/attended TAFE would be viewed favourably
  • History of assisting in process improvements
  • Proven abilities in coping well under pressure
  • Capable of articulating a message in an easy to digest manner
