Administration Support
This is permanent part-time position, working 3 days per week in an amazing office location, with ample onsite free parking.
Previous experience in an accounting practice is not necessary but would be favoured- if you have passion, great organisational skills and a desire to learn, then this could be for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plenty of client contact, via telephone and face to face- you need to be a people person
- Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and other organisations
- Administration of Trust Accounts and Company Set Ups
- General administration duties such as mail, correspondence, letters
- Keeping our team on track with their KPI's and work flow
- Reception relief duties
You MUST have the following attributes:
- Bubbly, vibrant personality, who can deal with a range of clients and situations
- Excellent organisational skills and approach to their work
- Strong computer skills in all MS applications.
- A 'can-do' 'attitude and ready to go the extra mile for your team and clients
- Fierce attention to detail
- Always looking to improve or do things in a better way
- Loyalty and strict confidentiality
- Maturity to handle a range of situations
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
