We are a Newcastle based quantity surveying firm providing services across Australia. Our firm is one of the fastest growing businesses within Australia and we’re expanding our young and dynamic team.
We are currently seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join our team, on a full-time basis.
As a Junior Administration assistant, you will be providing high level support to the Administration and Accounts team.
This role requires a positive, confident, and proactive approach as well as strong co-ordination and communication skills.
The administrative focused role will consist of:
- First Point of Customer Service
- Email & Telephone Enquiries
- Organising bookings for multiple states
- other Administrator Duties
To be successful, candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Confidence and ability to work autonomously if required
- Proactive and quick thinking to ensure the smooth running of our busy office
- Highly organised approach with efficient time management skills

The position is a full-time position Monday to Friday. The candidate will join a rapidly growing business and receive industry leading mentoring across all business departments.
