This well known Financial company are looking for an addition to their Company Secretary Division. This includes servicing the Board and Committees, administering the Group's subsidiaries, meeting certain ASX and ASIC requirements, administering employee equity schemes and maintaining the Group's global insurance policies.
  
You will be joining the Company Secretary team providing administration. In this role you would be responsible for putting together board papers, generating reports, administering deeds of indemnity and supporting functions. You will be highly organised and pay great attention to detail in your work.
  
The successful candidate will have a confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills. You will already have 5 years in an Assistant role, preferably from Legal or Financial Services. An interest in Company Secretariat is a distinct advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge in a professional environment and view a successful company from a central perspective as well as gaining exposure to a broad range of activities while working closely with senior executives in a supportive team.
