A well-established family owned and operated wholesale company is looking for their next dynamic Office Administrator/All-rounder to join their close-knit team. Located in Loganholme.This position is ideal for a person who thrives on challenges, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long term employment and career opportunities. With the attitude that no task is too small or large and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done and be a team player.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- High level of support in administrative role
- Managing emails & general correspondence
- Responsible for all orders receival and dispatch
- Answering customer related enquiries
- Liaise with Transport Companies on deliveries
- Entering & processing sales orders with accuracy
- Answering customer related enquiries
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a Police Check and Drug and Alcohol
- Fast learner and ability to problem solve
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Team orientated attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Computer Savvy with Excel experience
- Previous experience or knowledge of the pool industry.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
