Our client is a market leader in the automotive services industry and is renowned for quality service and repairs with over 30 years in the business.
You will assist with the following:
- Greeting clients / customer liaison
- Communicating with mechanics & organising the days jobs
- Taking phone bookings from clients
- Liaising over the phone with suppliers ordering parts
- Picking up parts from suppliers / dropping off clients
- Invoicing the daily jobs
- Balancing end of month accounts
- Cleaning
You will have a passion for dealing with people and enjoy assisting in a automotive environment. Ideally have a background in customer service in either automotive or trades industries.
Essential Job skills include:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Strong MS Office skills
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience in administration
- Accounts/invoicing experience preferred
- The ability to work independently.
Position is based in Campbelltown and is full time Monday to Friday for a 12 month contract.
