Our client is a market leader in the automotive services industry and is renowned for quality service and repairs with over 30 years in the business. 

You will assist with the following:

  • Greeting clients / customer liaison
  • Communicating with mechanics & organising the days jobs
  • Taking phone bookings from clients
  • Liaising over the phone with suppliers ordering parts
  • Picking up parts from suppliers / dropping off clients
  • Invoicing the daily jobs
  • Balancing end of month accounts
  • Cleaning

You will have  a passion for dealing with people and enjoy assisting in a automotive environment. Ideally have a background in customer service in either automotive or trades industries. 

Essential Job skills include:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Accounts/invoicing experience preferred
  • The ability to work independently.

Position is based in Campbelltown and is full time Monday to Friday for a 12 month contract.
