OUR STORY

Active Fencing and Retaining...

Our office is located at Wingfield 5013 in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. Active Fencing and Retaining installs Fencing and Retaining Walls across the entire Adelaide metropolitan area. We currently have 8 staff, consisting of 4 apprentices and 4 leading hands and 1 sub-contractor. We are an easy going bunch and our staff have been hand picked by the owner for their kind nature and hard work ethic. We have no 'stereo-typical tradesman with egos' working for us.

THE ROLE

Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher who has strong knowledge on building rapport with customers to join our team of 10 in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. The candidate must be passionate about customer service, be caring, a good listener and looking for a long term career.

You will be committed to receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, liaising with our tradesman whilst arranging the tradesman day to day schedule. 

You will be the first point of contact with our customers and some previous experience or knowledge within the building industry will be highly regarded.

 

Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to;

  • Receiving inbound calls for new customer enquiries/ booking
  • Booking quotes for the Salesman and then taking deposits for work orders and scheduling the workload (generally 6 weeks in advance we are booked for)
  • Liaising with Tradesman to allocate/ dispatch jobs and manage their schedule
  • Following up quotes
  • Manage database and CRM
  • Adhoc administrative duties
