MAYDAY Recruitment are very excited to be on the hunt for an exceptional Office Manager to provide part-time, friendly and professional front-of-house greetings and a warm service to on-site clients.

This opportunity will provide administrative support as well as developing a professional connection to clients and members, joining a passionate team who provide full training.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting clients and guests in a warm, professional manor
  • Answering the phone for both on site and virtual guests with great etiquette
  • Organising couriers and managing mail
  • Liaising with clients regularly regarding ad-hoc requests
  • Maintaining offices to the highest standard
  • Managing payments and charges for the business
  • Junior Account Management duties
