My Gateway has a Local Government organisation looking to take on an energetic and professional trainee. Get qualified as you complete a Certificate III qualification that is nationally recognised!

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in the City Economy & Growth department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting team members with surveying local businesses about their business growth and employment opportunities 
• Assisting in various data entry tasks, and collating/preparing data for projects as required.
• Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and drafting correspondence, reports and other documentation as required.
• Undertaking other duties as required, and supporting the Manager in the day to day needs of the team. this include, but may not be limited to filing, photocopying, word processing, record keeping and mail outs.

If you are able to work in a team and autonomously, possess inter-personal skills and strong communication skills then you will excel in this dynamic role.
