Client Details

We are working with a client who are focused on care products with a footprint across the nation

Description

Your key duties will include but not limited to;

  • As sat at the front desk, you are the main point of contact for all email and phone enquiries
  • Ensure that couriered items are received and sent out in a timely manner
  • Provide first level Administrative support throughout the branch
  • Maintain WHS throughout the branch, be the emergency evacuation warden and first aid contact
  • Ad hoc administrative and general office duties

Profile

Our client is looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • At least a year in a front-facing
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and SAP
  • The ability to work with a great degree of independence and multitasking
