The role:
We are currently on the lookout for an organised, collaborative Office Coordinator to join our State Manager in our Adelaide Hub. This is a highly visible role and the new Member Service Officer will be vital to the success of Members receiving an ultimate and best customer service experience as we continue to grow the business.
The Member Support Officer will champion LASA’s core values and deliver an efficient, well-run, effective working environment where communication and helpfulness are at the core of everything we do.
Your role will include, but not limited to administration, executive support, event co-ordination, assistance with business development and marketing activities. Ideally, you have a solid office administration background having worked for membership and industry sector association offices. Favourably we would like to meet with you if demonstrate sector based knowledge in aged care, disability and social and community services. You will be proactive and resourceful in managing competing demands. Most of all you must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service using strong skillsets to engage with Members and stakeholders.
What you will need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration / operational support
- Office IT experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Confident communication style and ability to interact in a professional manner.
- Ability to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of Member networking and training events
- Ability and passion to deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of e.g. the aged care, aged and disability, primary health and social service sector operations, reforms and regulations
- A qualification in Office Management or Business Administration is desirable
- Right to live and work in Austraila
