New Horizons Learning Centres is seeking a Sales Support Officer to provide support for the Sales team administration duties as well as reception and basic operational needs.

The Candidate
To be successful you must have the following;

  • Experience in a CRM System (Dynamics365 preferred)
  • Experience with a student management system preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced reception environment
  • Strong customer service and empathy skills
  • Experience working with people of culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well presented with a polished phone manner
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Driven to succeed and goal orientated
  • Be willing to work an occasional later start/finish time where required with night students

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role involves phone and face-to-face administration and support of both Domestic and International students of New Horizons Australia.

You will be responsible for;

  • Preparation of Sales material
  • Sales and Lead Sourcing Support
  • Send Course Confirmations
  • Greet & directing students
  • Maintainin and update CRM Sales Records
  • Answering phones
  • Manage customer enquiries/complaints
  • Schedule and maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and break-out areas
  • Monitor and assist with all student exams
  • Collect Feedback
