A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of the global leaders in facilities management. This organisation provides outsourced facilities and front office staff to a variety of clients. This role will be situated on site at a top tier global insurance broking and risk management firm in Barangaroo.
The purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the coordination of the reception area, and the extensive management of meeting rooms.
Duties:
Meet and greet clients promptly
Provide Switchboard Services for external and internal calls
Act as a backup service to the travel co-ordinator when required
Ensure workplace security procedures are followed
Organise and provide visitor and security passes
Assist with events/functions, including building management liaison for guest arrival and post event feedback
Meeting room management and coordination of centralised service functions such as food and beverage
Key Attributes and Experience:
Extensive experience in meeting room management
Extensive experience in reception and switchboards in top tier corporate, 5-star hotel, facilities management, airline or related field
Must present a professional and friendly corporate image
Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organisation
Able to work independently
Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
Competent in Microsoft Office products.
