Large multi award-winning Melbourne practice based just east of the CBD, well established in the industry with a diverse portfolio of projects completed. Currently require a Systems & Operations Coordinator to support the administration team.
Key responsibilities
- Staff induction / training
- Contract completion
- Staff review and logistics set up
- Lead development of staff and systems
- General administration and support to management and office facilities
Skills & experience
- Previous exposure to HR systems and processes
- Strong background in administration
- Previous experience in a design practice would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Filemaker beneficial
