We are excited to partner with this global consulting firm on their journey to find an Administration Coordinator. We are looking for a switched-on individual who is keen to excel in this highly-valued role within the organisation. This is a busy administration role perfect for someone who has experience in high volume, high pressure environments. This position is to commence in July/August for 6 months.
Working closely with the Human Resource Team, this role is critical to the ongoing development of culture and employee experience and engagement. Working closely with several departments, you will enjoy:
As a key point of contact for the Team, you will be ensuring all of the important detailed work is under control. Due to the high volume of the role, your position is essential to the success of the HR Team’s operations. It is a highly professional, high-engagement environment where energy and drive will be required. We are looking for a confident Administrator who shows initiative and gusto.

- Processing New Starters & Inductions
- Management and Upkeep of internal HR Systems
- Co-ordinating Training Administration
- Facilitating Staff Transfers/Relocation Logistics
- Handling Administration of Staff Benefits
- Managing OH&S Administrative Tasks
As a key point of contact for the Team, you will be ensuring all of the important detailed work is under control. Due to the high volume of the role, your position is essential to the success of the HR Team’s operations. It is a highly professional, high-engagement environment where energy and drive will be required. We are looking for a confident Administrator who shows initiative and gusto.
To be eligible for this role you will need:
- At least 2 years in a high volume admin role
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident in presentation
- A love of working with people
