Your new role
Responsibilities include:
- Personal assistant to the Managing Director
- Support the Finance Manager with accounts and payroll (training provided)
- Drafting of various documents
- Minute taking during meetings
- Data entry
- Reception duties
- Assist other staff as required
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience with general office administration
- Some experience or exposure to finance, accounts and payroll (not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to details and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
